Camping Season is around the corner

I know I haven't posted in quite some time. I'm about to embark on an Canadian East Coast Adventure with a friend. We leave on June 17th and look forward to posting as we go.

Stay tuned!

Second Blog

Ok, so blog number 2. Not at all sure what the hell I'm going to say, but here goes nothing. :)

I'd blabber about my day, however it was rather uneventful as I'm working the 18:30 to 07:00 shift, which means I sleep all effin' day and work all effin' night. On the upside I have all night to come up with what to post on my blog! :D

I recently moved into a townhouse from a detached house and no longer have as much room as I'd like to have, especially for all my camping gear. I really need to come up with a setup that works to keep my stuff nicely organized in the garage so I don't have to lug things up from the basement every time I want to head out. Less work = less stress = better time away.

I'm anxious for winter to end, even though it hasn't been all that bad. Spring is around the corner, which means so is camping. Should really start looking at potentially booking some favorite parks/sites of mine. You may be shocked to hear, most of the weekends book as early as January, so one must act quickly to get a good park, site and date!

That's all my brain can come up with for now, until next time...

Blogging Virgin!

Well hello there!

This is my first post and my first blog. I'm not really sure how often I will actually update this, but figured it was worth a try.

For all intents and purposes my reason for starting a blog is to update this with all my camping trips/adventures with full details for others who are interested in going to parks but have never been there themselves. Getting an opinion (and photos) of the location would help many a great deal. (I'm hoping!)

I will attempt to track my outings and comedic outtakes as well as drunken conversations that seem hillarious while sitting fireside. Although, I'm sure some will mostly be "had to be there" moments, regardless I'm willing to share them with all of you.

Although it's only January 25th and camping season isn't for a while, I wanted to get comfortable with my attempt at "blogging", and hopefully using a friends laptop and mobile stick, update directly from the picnic table at our campsite.

That's about all for now....keep you posted.
